Comments:

  • Adoption workers are very uncooperative. {name withheld} never returns calls and she will not even come out of her office to talk to us. The rest of the adoption workers are the same. We have been trying to have our foster care home study carried over to our Adoption home study, but they refuse to complete it until we are chosen for an adoption
  • They never called back.
  • took forever to get the worker to come to do the home study

Comments:

  • I have had 3 foster kids in my care for almost a year and I have not received medicaid cards. A returned call would be nice once in a while. We leave numerous messages but they are never returned, but when they want something, it needs to be done yesterday. They have email addresses but we, the foster parents are not allowed to email them. It would be easier to email them than leave a message because I know they read their email all day long and they do not return calls.
  • It would have been nice to see what happened to our request
  • subsidy/taxes/background info on child
