Additional comments:

  • I am completely satisfied with the services provided by my agency.  This will be the third time I have utilized their services to adopt a child. My case worker for the first child was {name withheld}.  I found her to be caring, compassionate and wonderful to work with.  It is my understanding she is still with the agency but in a supervisory position.  {name withheld} assisted me with the adoption of my second daughter.  I was nervous at first because I felt so comfortable with {name withheld} but I couldn't have been more pleased.  {name withheld} was professional, caring, and a joy to work with.  I am fortunate enough to be working with her again to add a third daughter to my family.  When I found out I would be working with her again I was thrilled. {name withheld} is not always able to return my calls the same day but with her case load this is understandable.  However, when I speak to her she listens, really listens to me and never makes me feel as if she is unconcerned or doesn't have time for my questions.  I can count on her to make me feel valued and that she truely cares about the chidren she comes in contact with.
