  • Hassles with paperwork, snotty on the phone. They are short workers and yet they put us on hold even after being told we would have to repeat paperwork again if too much time elapses.

Additional comments:

  • I can understand now why there are so many children not adopted. I feel like they do anything they can to get you to give up. Even the comments made in class were like they were trying to turn people off of adoption.
