Children waiting for adoption have suffered multiple losses. Oftentimes the only link a child has to his or her past is a sibling. Whenever possible, workers try to recruit for and place siblings together. That is why if you request information about one child who is featured as part of a sibling group, you will automatically be inquiring about all of the children listed.

Sibling splits are considered only as a last resort.
